We were mostly concerned about carpenter bees and a couple other critters around. I chose your company after reviewing other customer reviews. I was very impressed with the complete thoroughness, and knowledge of the technician, Mike Streeter. He has a wonderful personality and very professional. I had a lot of questions and he answered them all which gave me a lot of confidence in the staffing you choose for your company. I am very pleased with what he did today and have confidence that we will see the results of the treatment. Thank you so much......and I would like to request Mike Streeter be our normal technician going forward. I did not have good experiences with previous pest companies which is a big part of why I am making this request. I am definitely going to recommend Pest-X to friends and family members. Thank you again!!!

Josh and Carlos were very helpful and polite! They did a great job cleaning out all the junk that the previous owners left. My crawl space is clean and protected and I am thrilled to be able to store some things under my house now! I give Pest-X a five star rating!

Mark arrived on time. He went right to work, spraying around the foundation of the house. Then he came in and proceeded to spray around the entire inside of the house, along the many walls. He was very polite and professional, and when I mentioned the small gnats coming in through a window screen, he sprayed along the windowsill.
