Jacob Payne represents Pest-X very well. We called Pest-X for an unfortunate issue with roaches that came with a piece of furniture. We had never had before and we were troubled with the challenge of dealing with them. Pest-X to the rescue, lead by Jacob. He quickly summarized the situation and went into action with a two part plan. Initially he sprayed and set traps which was followed after consultation with us for a second visit to set bombs and we were advised to leave our home for this treatment.

Vicki is very pleasant and understanding on the phone. She gave me an affordable quote over the phone for a one time service . She explained warranty and regular service call contracts for me, and made it easy to understand all of my options.
