We have been a Pest-X customer for a long time. Their customer service representatives are kind and professional. Each visit is scheduled so that I bring my dogs inside and leave the gates unlocked. Zach King has been servicing both of our homes. He is professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He is well informed about the products they use. He does make recommendations specific to your house if needed.
